Sierra Linsinski and Keyala McHenry, two students from North Division High School, have been part of HeartLove Place since 2021. They first joined HLP through our high school culinary program during their freshman year.
Since then, both students have participated in several of our academic and life skill programs, developing leadership, teamwork, and a passion for giving back.
This summer, HLP experienced the theft of our beloved garden table, a piece that held special meaning for our staff and community. When Sierra and Keyala heard about the loss, they immediately decided to take action. Using their shop class project, they built a brand new table for HLP — transforming a moment of loss into one of restoration and love.
We are so grateful for their hard work, dedication, and heart to not just be part of HLP, but to pour back into it.
