The Family Resource Center meets the needs of the family providing programs and services for all ages!
Gardening Workshops
Peace Park Garden is located on N. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive and W. Ring Street in Milwaukee. The park is a beautiful piece of land with fruits & veggies for residents, and a space to have events and programs for the whole family!
Baby Closet
Help support local families in need by donating items, including: Diapers (all sizes), Wipes, Baby clothes (newborn - 12 months), Formula, and Baby bottles. Items can be dropped off at the HeartLove Place Peace Park (on the corner of MLK & Ring, 3240 - 3248 N MLK Jr Dr., Milwaukee, WI 53212) every Tuesday & Thursday, 11am-2pm, or at Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church.
Art in the Park
Participants will engage in arts and crafts that use nature, recycled items, and creative thought to add to the garden. Projects may also be made and taken home.
